If the driver is under the influence the accident occurs is not registered in the car rental contract.
If the client does not contact an AVIS representative at the moment the accident occurs.
If the client drives on unauthorized roads, in the wrong direction, exceeding the speed limits, or not respecting the traffic signs.
If the client crosses any country border without the necessary permit provided by AVIS.
If the driver breaks any of the contract clauses or traffic laws.
